Home is often the best environment for stroke rehabilitation. Familiar spaces make practice meaningful, families can be actively involved, and progress translates immediately into daily life.

Why home based rehab works

The best predictor of long term recovery is high volume, meaningful practice. Practising in your actual home, using your own furniture, kitchen and bathroom, transfers directly to independence in a way clinic exercises rarely do.

What we work on

Balance and standing tolerance, safe walking, transfers from bed and chair, upper limb use, task specific practice, and caregiver training. The plan changes as recovery progresses.

Family involvement

We show family members exactly how to help safely, when to challenge and when to protect. This turns every day into rehabilitation without exhausting anyone.

Long term progress

Recovery does not stop at six months. With consistent, well structured input, many patients continue to improve for years. Home visits keep rehab realistic when travel is difficult.
