Why we recommend it
The strap keeps the pack in place on the knee, shoulder or lower back so you can keep moving during treatment.
Clinical advice
Use cold for the first 48 hours after an injury and heat for stiffness or chronic muscle tension, roughly 15 to 20 minutes at a time.
Precautions
Always place a thin cloth between the pack and your skin. Do not use over broken skin or areas with reduced sensation.
Rehabilitation tips
Keep one pack in the freezer and one in the cupboard so you always have the right option ready.
